Les't We Forget
This page is to honor all Vietnam Vets. I served in the 199th Infantry Brigade and 1st/5th Cav., as a Combat
Medic. I also have strong feelings about the POW/MIA
issue. This page is a feeble attempt at paying tribute to
all of you who served and those who were left behind.
"All gave some, some gave all. Some stood true
for the red, white and blue, and some had to fall.
If you ever think of me, think about your liberty,
and recall, yes recall, some gave all"
From a song by Billy Ray Cyrus"
No words are quite adequate in honoring my
brothers who served with me and my sorrow at
those who were left behind as POW/MIAS. I can
only say thank you and God Bless you. My wife
and I have adopted a POW/MIA. Please visit his
page while you are here.
Vietnam was the 1st war in which it's soldiers were not honored upon returning home. We were
made to feel as outcasts, and for many years after.
This is finally changing.
